Converting to LED lights on your Dutchmen Aspen Trail TT won't cause you an issue, especially since you're planning to switch all of them. If you know the bulb type you can replace them with LED bulbs like the # ARC93FR you were looking at. Make sure to match the bulb type and also match the color of the bulb to the color of the lens. If bulbs aren't available, you can replace the entire light with an LED light like the # RVSTLB60

It appears that your 2015 Dutchmen Aspen Trail 2810BHS came with a Valterra Flush Mount Water Inlet # A01-0168BKVP. This is a plastic construction and may explain why you are needing to replace it.
I recommend the RV City Water Flange # 372160-85-A-36A as it uses a lead free brass construction. The black flange is 3" which is slightly larger than the 2-3/4" flange on the Valterra so you may will need to seal the old holes and drill for the new holes. view full answer...
You can replace your busted standard water heater with a tankless water heater, and what you'll need to know is the amount of space you have in your cut out, as water heaters aren't specific fits for any make or model of trailer. The one I recommend checking out is from Fogatti:

I'd recommend the next higher Strait Line part # RP66083 which has a tongue weight range of 400-800 lbs. Your dry tongue weight of 560 lbs is about at the top of the range of the # RP66082 which is 200-600. Depending on the vent there are going to be some different style lids. That being said, if your vent is 14" x 14" then you can use the MaxxAir UniMaxx Universal Replacement Lid # MA00-335001 regardless of the vent brand/style.
